Does anyone have a floor on their roofrack. I would like to put one on my rack. Does anyone know the exact dimensions for a cut out of one.

i am having one made in about 2 weeks. using diamond plate aluminum. using 1/8" i think. will have the radius's cut of course in the corners. several others have used other materials.......plywood painted, mesh, etc. i like the aluminum since it is light in weight, cheap enough and will reflect heat as well. i will be using small 'U' bolts (facing downward) and attach them to the existing bars along the floor. i will only need about 6 at most. this was i can take the flooring out if/and i want to.
i just went out to my truck and measured what size i will be using.......79"X52". |
