If i were to buy the swamper TSLs (32 x 9.5) would the method of spacing out the rear quarter panel work with the size of those lugs or would it require trimming?

I personally dont think you would avoid the cut all together. BUT , if you combined a little reworking of the quarter and a little cutting you could keep the disco mostly in tact I think..

Kyle,
I used your idea of moving the fender out a little but I modified how I did it because I didn't have a bracket to bend into the z shape. So what I did was remove the five bolts that hold the mud flap bracket to the fender and the inner wheel well. Once I removed it I measured how far over I wanted to move the fender and then drilled new holes in the bracket that when reinstalled would now hold the fender further out. I should have taken pictures of this but I got to excited about my idea and just did it. I can take some pictures of the finished product and share them if anyone wants them.
