after a night of heavy rain the carpet in the left rear corner of cargo area was wet(96 Disco) where can this be comming from? I am guessing alpine windows or seal around tailgate anyone have this problem and what was the cure?thanks in advance............ |

I expect it's the Alpine lights. The quick-fix solution is to get some Mastik adhesive (I expect you could get away with silicone sealant) and run it around under the seal, between the seal and the body, thereby sticking the seal to the body. This should prevent the leak occuring. |
