The small light bulb (parking light) on the driver side head light is not working. I tested the bulb and it is ok. I followed the wires as far as I could and did not see any ruptures of cuts. Also, the high bean on this side does not work. What can it be?

Check for earth.

I had an intermitent bad earth that effected the left side normal beam and caused backfed into the ABS system (causing it to disable itself).

In my case the earth point was under the wiring harness on the lefthand side on the inside of engine bay - about half way up just before the air box.

You might find something similar.
