I like RN over SG. But I really like QT Services diff guards from England. Mucho Beefy but expensive shipping. Do have to weld on two tabs on the front diff. Rear one was simple.

I think the QT's look cool. I sent an email to them last week. No reply. I guess they don't want my business.

Thanks,
Mike B.

jmon,

Did you buy from MJLee directly or Simmonites? I'm eyeing this (along with shocks) as my next mod.

I purchased both of the QT diff guards and I have a problem fitting the rear. Once the guard is bolted to the front of the rear diff the rear of the guard which connects to the bracket that mounts to the diff housing doesn't fit properly. I purchased a longer bolt hoping to get the rear of the guard to fit flush with the bracket that mounts to the top of the diff housing? It doesnt meet up correctly. In there pictures on the web the bracket mounts flush to the top of the rear diff guard. Any suggestions? Why does the bottom of the guard have an oval hole where you would want metal protection?

David,

Email me regarding the QTs and let's see what we can come up with. I'll be driving to Utah from Chicago mid April(ish) in case you're near by.

Ravensjk,
I tried to install the MJLee diff guards on my DII, but it doesn't fit. The DII must have diff covers about 1/4" larger in diameter.
