If I pumped it 2-3 times and hold the pedal 1/4 down when I start it - than no problem. I cleaned the stepper motor. Now the truck really sputters and runs rough when cold like it's trying to get gas. It does idle though! Any thoughts?? A new stepper motor?? - Jay -
