Put a floor jack under the lug nut wrench handle and jack it up |

you can do what i did, just stop in any local garage and ask someone to do it with an air gun. then, tighten them back up yourself for the drive home, get home, take off the wheels, anti-seize the lugs, and make sure you tighten them yourself from now on. |

If you only have the standard jack and wrench, take the jack handle and slide it over the wrench and use it as a breaker bar...it might pretzel on you... but it worked for me |

I twisted the factory lug-wrench using the jack handle to break it loose... also bent the jack handle a little, so be careful w/ it. Get a 4-way tire-iron, you can generate a lot more torque with it. Then, as has been said, TIGHTEN THEM YOURSELF, not w/ power tools, but w/ your lug wrench.... then you can loosen them yourself.... -L |

Follow what Leslie says. Two things should never touch any decent wheel or lug nut if avoidable: an air impact wrench or a single bar lug wrench (factory supplied or other). You are just asking for trouble. The tire places rarely ever adjust the torque settings on their air impacts. They keep them high for liability reasons. They figure it is better to break a stud than have nuts come loose. I try to always use a big 1/2" torque wrench or a 4-way. You WILL get those nuts off with one of these. Curtis |

I had the same issue and did a post on it. I twisted the stock "bar" after adding a cheater extension. Ended up finding a 4-way at Pep Boys and have used it a gazillion times in the past 4 months of owning the truck. (installed lift and such, tires on, tires off..) Be liberal with the antiseize once you get the lugs and tires off. |
