Thank god your back......!
I know this may sound petty, but I just bought a 99 D1 and I just noticed that it doesnt have the "SD7" markings on the fenders. Is that an option when it was made or should I take it back to the dealer to get the markers put on?

Mine just says "SD", as I don't have jump-seats. They're just stickers.... I wouldn't even think twice about 'em, IMHO, but if you really want them, have them stuck on there....

jump seats in the back make room for 2 more folks therefore making it a 7 person ride |

Sometimes your grasp of the obvious astounds me. 
I thought that that was obvious from my pointing out that mine only says "SD" and doesn't have jump seats, thus providing seating for 5 instead of 7. However, evidentally not. My apologies to you.
Reggie,
They're stickers. If you want them, get them and stick them on. It's not something I would worry about, I'd stick other stickers on instead, but do whatever makes you happy.

yeah.....i mean you can always go with 'Fear the Mullet" or "Porn....the Other White Meat" stickers.
or just be a nice chap like leslie and get the "Tally Ho Ya'll" sticker.
