Of the two (winch or lockers) which should come first on the list of modifications needed/wanted as there will be a $$$ down time before both can be installed. |

Winch (and I say that even though I went lockers first). A locker can get you stuck in places you'll NEED that winch to get out of!

i'd say lockers
everyone and his nephew has a winch already, but your chances to need one are less with lockers!

This reminds me of the 'hp or suspension debate' one gets into in racing. In that instance, you have to have brakes FIRST, to deal with the advantages gained from hp or suspension enhancements.
