Help, Im on vacation, and by accident I bumped into a post and now I cant lock my doors and my emergency flashers wont go off. any ideas?? I was only going about 5 mph . Is there some kind of reset switch? |

There is an interia switch inside the engine compartment. You don't say what Discovery you have, but on my '99 DSII, it's a black push button located on the passenger side of the firewall. It doesn't say, "Push Me!", but it's pretty obvious when you look for it. murph '99 DSII |

You probably activated the inertia switch that is supposed to activate in a crash. Unhook the battery for 10 seconds then reconnect and you should be ok. |
