I tried searching the Archives, but could not find what I was looking for. I have a '97 Disco, with Heated leather seats, they turn on both seats, but the driver seat does not get very hot. Well it starts to, then it it bearly stays warm...

What do I need to look at to fix this issue?

talk about sweating the small things, you should just be glad your disco runs, just wait till you meet up with LUCAS, be afraid, be very afraid.....

Are you sure that your body heat has reached the ambient temperature of the seats. That has happened to me before. Its like having a heating pad on a sore shoulder and after 8 minutes you no longer feel that heeting pad. Or maybe your heating element under your seat is going bad. You can start there to see how hot the element is getting.

Daniel, I am not "sweating" that's the problem :-) I am just trying to get all the options working.

Drew, I don't think my body heat reached the temp of the seats, it is more like the seats reached body temp, then stop.

LUCAS, I have meet him already and was that a weird moment. Driving two days ago with the A/C on, then all of a sudden it just stopped working. Then I stopped at a stop light and it started working again... a freind told me that this is a relay for the fan motor. He told me just not to use HI on the fan and it should never happen again.

Joey,
I believe it is the contact panel for your a/c switch mine does the same thing but if I just push on the blower speed selector it comes right back on. Just a worn contact panel.
