I saw a complete set (front & rear) of OEM Winter Wiper blades for a Disco 1 on ebay going for like $25. This seemed like a fair price since the dealer wanted $22 for the rear wiper alone!!
I want to know the differance between the "normal" wiper blades and the winter ones. Some told me that the winter ones were made out of "heavier / thicker" rubber and were meant to be used in cold areas (snow / ice) build up. I live in California, so I don't have to worry much about that 
Anyway, my first thought is that it wouldn't matter if I were to buy those winter blades even if I don't have snow and ice to worry about.... wrong? |
