I got my arb on, and want to put my limb raisers back on. I don't want to drill and put eye hooks like I did my factory brush guard. I was thinking (here's my question) could I use the ARB cb antenna brackets positioned correctly for my attachment point on the bumper? Anyone tried this? How strong are these anyways? |

Well, I mount my high lift jack on the cb brackets and they haven't bent or broken yet. |

I would think those would be to close to the center blake, I have seen people using 'conduit clips' (or whatever they are called, the things that let you hand conduit against a wall) and that appears to work well but I don't have limb risers so take that w/ a grain of salt. So did you get some brakets made up so it works w/ the body lift, or are you stuck w/ a gap?? |

Carter beat me to it. I just purchased some open clamps from Lowes to attach my limb risers to the top of my roof rack. They look like this: http://proserveelectric.com/category.cfm?Category=128&CFID=78548&CFTOKEN=3647031 4 Total cost - < 3 bucks. ~Art Vigil

Yeah I got the bracket made. Looks awesome, pics will come shortly. The guy is gonna build me a rear bumper also. So the cb mounts are to small for the bigger bar towards the outside (in the normal mounting location)? Thanks for the link Art. Anyone know what size to get? |

Never mind the bars are all the same size. That idea would work, if they are strong enough. It would be expensive though. Carter I think you thought I meant (thats a tongue twister) the middle tabs that are already there, right? I mean the ones you buy from arb and put on yourself. It took me a few days to realize. |

Go to 4X4 connection. There is a Cb mount that fits over the ARB without drilling and is not the welded on tabs. They work well. I've seen them and the owner of the site uses them. |
