Can someone provide a coolant flow schematic?

When temp guage went up, I turned heat up, but only cool air coming out. When I pulled over to chk coolant in reservoir, there was plenty. So now i'm wondering if there is some sort of additional blockage, beyond the rad. (which was rodded), maybe somewhere else...
Please provide some insight...

Will:
It will require an indication as to what year truck you have. The earlier Discos had a vacuum operated valve that shut off the heater core.

Have you dumped the radiator recently (air bubble)? Year, miles? Did you replace the thermostat when you had it rodded?

According to your profile you have a 99 D1. I don't know if it's similar to the 96 4.0 V8 but if it is I can provide any kind of cooling hose schematics that you need. Let me know and I'll email you some PDF files.

Yeah Corey - like to see the flow paths thru the block.

ARB Compressor - controls are located thru the old 4WD selector sticker...no enuf depth behind it, so I'll be eventually make a better housing... I post a pic...

Look by the Hi/Lo Shifter and you'll see the ARB compressor and diff. toggle controls. I will eventually make the housing to complete. I have since added the cup holders, so hopefully there sill be enuf room! Anyone else have good pics of their setup???
