Does anyone have any advice on reattaching the cable to the hand brake?!? I had my center console out to run some wiring and I cannot get the cable back in. I know how it should go in but it doesn't seem possible. It looks like there is a metal rod on the underside that runs to the release button on the handle that is impeding the way. Any tricks?? 97 SE | ||

I think I used a screwdriver to pry the cable back into place. |
