Does anyone know where I can get extended brake lines for my DII that will meet Pensylvania's requirement for DOT Approved lines? My understanding it that they have to have the spring deals like the stock ones do and I don't find any that have that. Also, is there an off the shelf way to extend my ABS lines? I prefer not to cut them. Thanks Greg |

Greg, RoverTym has DOT approved lines. They do not have the spring around them, but are DOT approved. $G also has them, but they are alot more $. As far as your ABS lines, you can do what I did. Get a set of the male and female connectors from each wheel from a salvaged DSII. Have them leave about 3-4" of wire on each one. Then solder each male and female connector together. This will give you and extension that will simply plug into your existing lines. I paid $100 for the complete set. |
