About to buy a roofrack for a big trip later this year. We're a little limited on the ones we can buy here in OZ. Dont seem to able able to find a source for the adventure racks you guys all have.
ARB seems the next logical choice and went and had a look in person today. There appears to be 2 choices in length. A short one which just covers the raised area or the longer one which goes the full length. I'm a little concerned as to the looks of the long one as I have the factory roof bars and the rack will sit up quite high especially at the front. Does anybody have pictures of an ARB roofrack on their car that I could see the end result ????

Is that roof rack strong enough to stand on like Ho's if we put plywood or aluminum on top of it?

thanks for the links to the pictures. I think this will be the rack I'm buying. Is there enough room under the front part to hang lights ??.
Also that truck looks like a TDI I thought you guys all had V8's.
I've got a TDi and like the look of the size of those tyres. Do you know what size he's running. It looks as though he's had the standard 2 inch raise done. Did he have to cut or modify the rear guards?.
Sorry for all the questions but this place seems to give all the answers

Jay- if you are talking about the points the shackles are hanging them from ,
Ho and John sell them......go to www.expeditionexchange.com, they are About 30 bucks each i think...
