has anyone had a problem with a slight vibration when letting off the gas while going between 55-70 mph? I noticed this today while driving to Dallas. I first thought it was the road but it was really tied into when I pressed on the gas and released. The tires has just been rebalanced and the u joints all seem to be in good shape. I also checked to see if the exhaust was hitting agaist anything and it was clear. I just put a set of OME HD springs on the rear so I wonder if this could have been related to that. Also the roto flex is new with about 1500 miles on it and no signs of cracking. Finally the front bearings all seem to be fine when I check the front last night while doing the springs.I was thinking it might have been a bad balance job when it was redone but it really feels like it is coming from under the drivers floor plan. Thanks for the help on this! Don 96SE7 |

Don, Your pinion angle is most likely incorrect. If you have the stock driveshafts, the pinion shafts needs to be as close to parallel to the output shafts of the transfer case for the front and rear shafts. Scott |
