I have a 94 D1 in which some nice person had cut the end off of the cd changer data cable on the radio end. The radio pigtail is intact. Another Pioneer unit (MX30), which uses a nearly identical cable (can't read the pin out obviously) is not readable by the radio system. Even though the radio books state that an adapter is not needed, I am under the impression that there is something that I am missing. Any ideas? BTW I did order the replacement cable through the LR dealership here, just in case there is a ghost in the cable that doesn't show in the books. Thanks in advance from S. Carolina. |
