Offset is different.

GCR are wider offset.

The NATOs however seem to be more HD. They are thicker steel.

Depends on what tire you want to run-
with pizza cutters, I would probably stick with the NATO's. I think they are only 6.5"s (correct me please if I'm wrong).
The GCR's weigh quite a bit less though....
unsprung weight is the enemy...
I believe that there are a couple of different offsets availble thru GCR.
fwiw-

You snuck in there on me Blake...
with 11.5's I would stay away from the NATO wheels.
Then again, that's just me, and many folks like the balloony wide tire/ skinny wheel thing for some reason. They'll argue all day about keeping the tire on the bead better... Realisticaly this is only a concern below 10psi IMHO...
the GCR's are pretty damn cheap also..

"with 11.5's I would stay away from the NATO wheels"

This is certainly true. If one wants to fit 11.5" wide tires, then 6.5" rims are too narrow. However, I look at this problem a little differently. I want to fit the 6.5" rims, so the 11.5" tires are too fat.

You will rub less with NATOs. GCRs with a tire that wide will mean hacking fender lips.

He only rides on the outsides of his tires?

Bill, you are a curious fellow. A trendsetter perhaps, but curious as well...
