I need some help on getting a skid plate for my 98 disco
i need a steering skid plate i guess it would be known as the one right under the front bumper & air dam

i'd like to know if anyone has been able to make one. and if so what dimensions
if not where can i get a good inexpensive one

i have a genuine brush guard and i'm planning on taking the front airdam off Saturday for some more clearance as well

please help
thanks in advance

Why not buy/make heavy duty steering links?

Ron's right - don't bother with the steering guard, just go with the HD Rovertym drag link and track rod as they won't get you caught on everything (especially when in reverse).
