Tailgate lock relay?

I heard some strange relay clicking for a while under the passenger relay area, and now my tailgate lock dosn't work or it is backward or well it's not working right. does the door have it's own relay? and which one is it, there are about 8- 10 down there, in the pasenger side kick pannel.
