You should be able to get that at any truck stop.

...which will require an air compressor and resevoir tank to operate. I you have air lockers, the compressor may charge the tank, but I don't know.

LOL get a JC Whitney horn at your own risk. They might say "semi truck sound" but those cheap-ass things are far from real sounding

i had one on my golf cart as a youngster. had a small compressor that worked fine with it. actually i think i got mine at JC Whitney.

was way into BJ McKay at the time. wore my kick ass Peterbuilt hat while terrorizing the area. fun days.

Some stugg is OK at JC whitney. Don't get me wrong, they have a lot of junk too but at least they take returns.

man that was a great show. i have sooooo many pictures that i drew of that truck of his. had the curved horn look graphics on the front. the whole monkey bit was cool back then, but now i have my worries about BJ (great name!!) and his little 'buddy'.
i never had a pet like that. we had ducks, rodents, dogs, cats and other things, but never chimps. and i didn't have any younger siblings, so they were not able to substitute for Bear.
we did have a very 'high end' hooker that lived next door though. she would have worked. it was great......she had some wild parties.....mud wrestling, skinny dipping in the pool parties, etc. was pretty obvious why my dad designed the house with huge glass windows on that side of the house!!! her house had a HUGE pool that was actually built under the whole house. kinda like a big lagoon. now what was i talking about........

Damn - If I had all that, I think I'd still be living at home now! Naked hookers without even turning on the TV......

and to make things worse another 'lady of the night' moved across the street (about 100 yards) from us a few years after Rebecca (immediatly to our right). she painted her house pink and had white christmas lights up year round. we lived on a small private road and had limos coming down the drive once a in a while. the owner of the Fox Theatre (st. louis) frequented her. i was a little young to really comprehend it all. i just knew that come halloween i was pretty pumped to go trick or treating at the neighbors house. guess i was hoping for a little more than the usual candy apple!!! no such luck.
a year after we moved to PA they found someone dead floating in the pool at Rebecca's house. foul play was suspected. maybe someone had a little too much fun. :)

Take it from me after responding in a fire truck with air horns on the roof it does'nt do your hearing much good in the long run. Now all the new trucks mount them up front in the bumpers to help prevent hearing damage. But in any case its your truck just my two cents.

my friends and I always commented that we really, really wanted a diesel/electric locomotive horn set tucked discretely behind the grill of our cars. First, the offending party would receive a polite, tap on the stocker horn - but then watch out! We always figured you could probably blow out the rear window of the car in front of you. Compressor issues kept us from fulfilling our childhood dreams...

My Grandfather worked for Southern Pacific RR for fifty years. He had a freight train horn mounted on a wall in his garage. He would charge up his air tank before party guests would arrive. Then while everyone was enjoying their barbeque on the patio, he would let rip with that obscenely loud bastard. You should have seen them jump!! I still get a kick out of it!

I now have the horn !!

Have a buddy who had a good set of "Air" horns, that had come off his fathers boat. They were good and loud. the strange thing about these horns is that they were vacuum operated.
You would still need a tank for the volume, but vacuum is pretty easy to get off an engine.
Too bad, the horns dissapeared after one of his moves.
