Finally lucas has reared his ugly head. To day I went to lock my 95 disco. The light marker light flashed one long flash at me. And the doors locked. I unlocked and that was a little longer flash than normal. So I get looking around. And notice that the dome light was on. I close the door and no change. I open and close all doors and no change. I turn key and dome goes out. I remove key and open and shut door. Light goes out. I open and shut door again and it stays on. Both problems have started today and I think there both related. So any of you seen anything like this?? | ||

The Prince of Darkness strikes again. I have had similar problems on my '98 Disco. Sometimes the domelight only turns on "half" when I get out of the car - and then doors wont lock using the remote. Open door - start engine - stop engine - close door (- optionally run around car 3 times praising the Prince) - and then it works fine. As this is only a problem when it is/has been raining I have a pretty good idea what it might be :-( - just need the time to go over all the electrics... |
