I need the ABS diagnostic procedure. The one on the Spanish Trails site didn't work and I need to know if it is the same for the Disco as the earlier Rangies. Thanx in advance. peace, Paul |

Paul: The ETM says nothing about the abs diagnostic procedure, in spite of what the factory manual promises; it only gives circuit diagrams. We successfully read codes on our 95 using essentially the Spanish Trails procedure. Note that you do not need to remove the relay for a disco. What color wires did you jumper? Did you have the ignition turned on to position 2? John |

I jumpered the black with pink and black wires. Nothing happened in any position. The blue connector is directly beneath the steering wheel, right? I'll try it again this evening. Thanx, Paul |

Wire colors sound right. The blue connector is directly below the wheeel or a little to the left. As I recall, the blue connector has five holes, but wires in only four of them. Good luck. John |
