This looks like the type of winch mount I want. Are they any good? Are they airbag compliant?

Thanks,

Norm

www.terrainmaster.com

Made in England. Apparently Atlantic British is a US distributor. Priced about the same as ARB without the 'roo bar.

Try DAP for a much less expensive and (at least to the eye) almost identical Bearmach version. Pics can be found at DAP's and Bearmach's websites (check vendors list for these)

To answer your question
1: I like mine
2: No they are not
I bought mine direct from Terrainmaster, before they cut a deal with ABP. Don't think they will sell direct anymore

A had the Terrain Master on my 93 LWB for a whole week before I traded it on my XD. I really like the looks of it. Also, I'd buy direct from Terrain Master, not AB. I got mine shipped from the UK for about $425.

Jay, did the TM bumper cover the entire fender as if you had the bumper end caps, or did it cover part of the fender like the ARB does....The ARB bullbar covers less than half, and this is a negative to me concerning the looks of the ARB..... I was really thinking about getting the TM to try it out, but the cost is steep for testing.....

here is a picture of the TM bumper that Kevin Pearson (TM dude) emailed me awhile back of his truck. The brushguard is not an option, he welded on a D90 guard. Nice guy to work with by the way.

Here's a link to a photo of the TM bumper on the RR. I've got a few more at different angles, I will try to update that page tomorrow with a few more pics.

Thanks Jay, nice angle...gives me a clearer opinion of the TM winch bumper.
I'll wait for more pics...
Thanks

94,
what do you mean by "The ARB bullbar covers less than half (of the fender)" - that doesn't make sense to me - the arb wraps around the fender all the way to the wheel well.

Marc, not on a RR Classic-
Follow the thread, and note that we aren't speaking about an ARB on a Disco-
