Author Message   Jack (Olered) Posted on Thursday, April 25, 2002 - 01:37 pm:    After the replacement of 5 VSS, the dealer finally admitted (after several recommendations) that my 99 D1 with 45k needed a valve job. I am so happy that it happened under warranty. It is sad that it took 5 replacements. I kept telling them that the truck was doing the same thing over and over. Remember, that's 5 VSS in 8 months!
