It started early this week. First, I can smell the coolant when I am out of the car but I can't see and leak. Now, at the stop light or taking off from a complete stop, I can hear the SOUND of water/coolant rushing in and out of a pipe from the area behind the radio. Am I in trouble or something is broken? Any help is greatly appreciated. |

your low on fluid, and since you are smelling antifreeze it could be a result of your heater core going bad. if you turn on the heat does the smell get worse? rd |

I had this sound and the leak that I couldn't see also. It turned out to be the intake manafold leaking at the rear and was difficult to see. |

No, I don't smell anything when the heater is on. I sure hope it is not the maniford leak. I had that replaced at abour 55,000 miles and the cost was about $650.00. |
