I managed to replace my drivers (left) side pre cat O2 sensor, now trying to do the passenger (right) pre-cat. I do not see how I can physically get my hand onto the connector under the coil pack to unplug it, much less plug the new sensor in. So my question is - can I splice the new sensor/wiring into the existing plug/wiring?? any issues re: wire length/reistance etc. Also if I wait on doing the after cat sensors is this OK? It was only throwing the code for left side pre cat Thanks in advance |

Yes you can use a universal 4 wire 02 sensor and splice it in. Just make sure you follow the wire color code.. But to get to the plug, you have to removed the coil pack and other stuff to get access to the bell housing area then find someone with small hands. |

Do you know where I can get the wiring diagram? I'm looking at CATCO universal O2 sensors. The wires are 2 black, 1 white, and one blue. Stock is 1 red, 1 black, 1 white, and yellow. Help. |
