When I pulled out of the garage I noticed small orange drops coming from the driver side of the car. I think its antifreeze. I noticed a small tube that it may be leaking from. Does anyone have any idea what else this can be? Richard

what is smells like? what it feels like? It can be pretty much any liquid from your vehicle (except for ATF - this one is reddish). Orange is kind of funky color for antifreeze ( i think i seen it only once), unless you sure that you used one like that. |

Did you check your steering box for leaks? May be power steering fluid?? Open your power steering fluid reservoir (to the right of the radiator if your looking at your engine) and see if the fluid color matches. I'm certainly not a mechanic, but I have a slight leak on my drivers side and that's where it's coming from. |

Richard, 1st thing to do is pay extra special attention to your coolant level and temperature gauge if this is indeed a coolant leak. I just went through this on the wife's D2, coolant leaking over on the drivers side, couldn't figure out where for the life of me. Ended up being an intake manifold gasket. Get your vechicle nice and hot, pop the hood, and start looking toward the back of the drivers side of the engine. You don't want to know how much the dealer charges for this repair.. hope you have warranty.. |

The anti-freeze tank has the same color of the liquid. I was changing the brake pads and went under the car to try to find the leak. It looks like its coming from a tube on the very bottom of the engine. Seems to be a metal tube and not rubber. Robert, I am going to try your advise and yes I am still under warranty. Richard |

It happend to me once and it was the power steering fluid. It was only the bolts loosen up on top of the power steering tube. Tightened it up and topped up the steering fluid. Done. |

The orange-pink fluid is coolant, I had that leak and took it in for service four times before they can actually stop the leak...gasket replacement, seal repl, again gasket and then finally it had a ruptured tube-like thingy that was replaced and voila!!!also, my car never over heated even though it was leaking a puddle of fluid every day. I guess youhave to do gasket and seals before going to tube replacment. |

Found the leak it was the gasket on the driver side of the car. Roadside towed car to dealer. Still under warranty so makes it easier to swallow. Thanks, Richard
