I am changing the wires in my Disco 1 and I was wondering if anyone had any reccomendations for alternatives to LR original wires, and where to get them. I have tried AutoZone and AdvancedAutoParts but they both sent me packing. The stealership wants $120 for wires I can get from AB for $75. Both prices seem high. Any suggestions? |

I bought a set that were custom 8mm wires from www.discountrovers.com. Like em alot and they were fairly cheap (i think ~$50.) Email [email protected] for more info. JK |

Thanks P...I just checked magnecor's website and found a "special offer" for Rover owners. They are selling the wires direct for 30% off. 7mm = $57.51 8mm = $60.95 8.5mm = $98.19 chad |

Those "special offers" have been in place for at least the past 2-3 years. It's a well known thing with LR enthusiasts. I bought the 8mm wires and they are terrific. -P |
