Little help with a 99 D1 please

I have been working on it, new hoses, belt and radiator cored. (Also found out why NOT too take out the top plug on the radiator) Anyway I went to replace the fuel filter but I cannot FIND it. Where is it hiding? Next, wires, plugs, and air filter. Not to mention a new tire (there was 3 new ones) and a windshield. Boy I thought I was getting a real great deal for $12900.00 she looks so good. That was before I found this web site. Well thanks for your help, you guys and gals on this site are very knowledgeable.
