Its not often you get a chance to say something good about a company involved in the car business. I sent my starter back for reconditioning. Its solenoid was going. It had performed solidly for 75,000 miles and six years, despite all the crud we can throw at them in New England. the original starter died at 55k. I'd been I was 100% honest about its vintage, even before it was sent. MG offered to send out a brand new updated (Gen2) starter which has more power, bigger terminals etc for $150 plus shipping. Thats a goood price for a new starter! This is really above and beyond service, and I just wanna say thank you Mean Green No relationship except as a happy customer. |
