I installed my M8000 winch today. The solenoid pack on the M8000 is seperate from the winch spool.

I am doing the install on an ARB bumper. There doesn't appear to be a way of mounting the pack on the bumper without fabricating a some sort of mount.

Has anyone been there done that? I'm interested in what you have done.

 Brian,
ARB sends a bracket that mounts to the two screws on the bottom of solenoid & then mounts to the cut out on top of the bull bar.

Was that bracket supposed to come with the winch or the bar? Regardless, I think I got screwed.

 Brian,
The bracket comes with the ARB bull bar in the fit kit.

Grab the solonoid pack with your right hand. Aim for the woods , and heave it as had as you can... This should solve half your problem.. (Throwing the winch is a little harder)
