Hi everyone, I have a 95 v8i Disco and I recently had some damage in the engine and I didn't know what caused it (the car is still in repair). But I have just found out that a few days before the damage occured, when I changed my car's oil, the service station put in an oil filter that was made for Diesel Discos, not Gas Discos. Are both oil filters interchangeable or did the service station make a terrible mistake? I should also mention that the Oil light in my dashboard never came on at any point. Thanks much. |
