I've had one of these things in the garage for over a year, and decided to install it on the weekend. Does anyone know what the bolt size is to mount it to the diff? I just have the plate with no hardware. Thanks |

Perrone I have the front and rear pinion guards from Rockware, and have tried to find the bolts as well. Don't remember what size they are, but it is extremely unusual. Not even in Mcmaster Carr catalog! However they are the bolts which hold the harmonic damper on the front axle, so you may be able to get some off a salvaged truck. Also I think two bolts came with my rear guard, so Matt must have found them somewhere. Or just order them from rovers north part# 237187 or BH406101L, not sure which one. Randall |

I just got the info off the D90 list. It seems the common M10x1.5 is close enough to the real thing. The actual bolt is 5/16 BSF, not sure how long. I'll fool around with it this weekend. Thanks for your help.. -P |

get the BSF bolts! don't jam metric in there. yes it will fit but so will course thread SAE if you force it hard enough! They are like $2 from roversnorth Ron PS or you can drill and tap to whatever you want. |

Ron, Do you know the correct part #? Had I known I could get them from RN, I would have done it with my order this week. I think since my harmonic damper is laying in the garage with the hardware, I'll just use that for the time being. -P |

If you call them they will just look it up. Tell them you need the ones that hold on the steering stabilizer bracket on a DI to the diff. It is in the parts book. You also might need to space them a bit with a couple washers (I did). There was also a lot of undercoat in the holes I had to clear out. Ron |
