First off, does anybody have any input about VIP Warranty? They are recommended by RangeRovers.net. But I would like more personal experiences here. 2nd - More specifically is there any advice on AutoGuard warranty? This is the specific warranty that has been put forth to me by VIP Warranty for possible coverage. I am looking for the usual stuff. They were a pleasure to deal with... or I wouldn't even let my #$%&@ ex have a warranty with them. Whatever, just input. BTW I am looking to warranty a 1995 LWB that I just purchased. Overall condition seems good. Will really tear into it this weekend. [email protected] Larry Thanks, |

I have an extended warranty with Auto Advantage. I would just caution you on WHAT is actually covered. None of my seals were covered, shaft or rear main. Of course the rear main bearing IS covered against failure. Not much help with any leaking/bad seals though. Check for yor coverage on head gaskets as well. Hope this helps. |

Yes it helps. The particular coverage I am considering covers all seals and gaskets including Head gaskets and the main bearing seal. This seems to be a very good thing. Although my '90 Rangie doesn't really seem to have very many leaks, and yes the fluids are full. LarryG |
