My cruise control does not work. The light comes on when I press the button, but when I hit set or resume nothing happens. I checked all the vacuum lines and they are all fine. Any suggestions? Steve Rupp |

My '97 D2 has been doing this forever. I have seen this problem on this board many times. If it is not your vac lines, then it is either the CPU or the vac pump, which are both expensive. So far, to my knowledge, no one has taken the plunge to replace either of these on their vehicles to see which is the culprit. I am waiting for someone to come up with a solution if I don't take the plunge myself. |

I'm sorry . . . my '97 D1. Mr Freud and I get along just fine. |
