Just looking for opinions from people who've tried or heard about they're mud terrains.

they don't wear fast, i've got 2 friends with the mud terrains and they both expect to get a least 45K miles out of their tires. One of those guys runs a Dodge 2500 weighing in at 6500lbs. The only negative thing I can say about those tires is that they seem a little expensive, especially when they are made by Cooper Tire.

I just swithched to 265 75 Pro Comp M/T's and LOVE them. The first time out I didn't even engage the CDL because I got so much additional traction. In addition they are fairly quiet on the road, and the kicker is that they are CHEAP. I had a friend get 50K on a toyota p/u.

they are about $130 a piece, cheap comparing to the MTRs...
