Anyone have any experience with electric brake wiring on a D1? I'm thinking of getting a setup on the Disco to pull the camper and just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything odd to warn the camper guys of before they mess with anything. |

Humm Lets see. Based on the butcher jobs I have seen when the "camper guys" install something I would be doing it myself. A scotch lock is NOT acceptable! Ron |

There is a writeup on how to install a U-haul wiring harness in the FAQ in the Tech section. |

The guys I bought the camper from have been in business for decades and did an excellent job on my Grand Cherokee. They have just never installed on a Discovery they can remember so I thought I'd make sure there isn't any "Rover Thing" they should be aware of. BTW, I need a 7-way connector for the trailer so the U-Haul wiring diagram didn't help much. Thanks, Jay |
