I have a 95 Disco and I need to replace the rear rubber coupler between the rear diff. and drive shaft. Is this a two man job and is there any thing special I need to know before I take it apart?

It would be kind of crowded down there with 2 people :)

You really don't even need to jack up the truck, but a little working room is nice. If you jack, be safe & use chocks & jackstands.

Get two 19mm closed-end wrenches to break the 3 nuts loose and then ratchet them off with a 19mm socket. Then you'll need to compress the shaft to get enough clearance to drop the shaft and get the roto out. You shouldn't have to disconnect the front end of the shaft. If you can't compress the shaft with muscle, then use a prybar to compress it with leverage. It's tight in there, but it will work.

Also take a good long look at the way your roto is mounted. The rotoflex is directional. Make sure you don't put it in backwards.
