Hey all,
I just got my set of JATE rings and would like to install them. How would one get the front airdam off? I also know that I have seen some posts about the type of bolt to use though I can not find it now, Any recommendations? I have seen lots of picts of JATEs on D-90's but not on Discos.

Thanks
Jeremy Katka

I found this it looks like we might have to trim the bumper/airdam. http://www.expeditionexchange.com/jate/DCP_2436.jpg. Koby do you have an idea of a good bolt for use through the front horn.

for disco1, you can just undo a couple screws and nuts, and air dam comes off easily.

On my D1 I removed my factory fog lights/mounts, took out all of the screws holding the front air dam to the bumper and end caps, then trimmed my end caps. It took about 45 minutes.
