I was at my dealer this week. There are four (4) O2 sensors in my 96 disco and they run about $200 each for the parts only. Don't know the labor at the dealer. The check engine light will require the codes be read from the computer. Until you do that, you wont know the problem. The dealer told me that Check engine light will go on for any emmission system fault. this includes O2 and charcol filter. Good luck. |

I think you can get the O2 sensors for half that price at discountrovers.com. |

try here. http://www.automedicsupply.com/ bill b. posted this not long ago. whatever you do don't get them from the dealer. if you do expect to be walking funny for a few weeks. but how do you know your O2 sensors are throwing your light? did you have the code checked? best to replace O2 sensors after 70-80K from what i have read and been told. but there are many reasons for getting your check engine light. |
