Am I correct in assuming a 2" susp lift combined with a 2" body lift will clear a 33x12.5" tire with minimal trimming?

NO
more than minimal if you want any wheel travel

ok.
Am A going to have to tub the whole thing out completely or just the front and back edges of the wells as far as is practical? (2-3 inches)
Is there a good example you can point me to that will show the correct way to do it?
