Right rear glass lifting arm nylon channel stud split. This is a nylon part that rides in the glass lifting channel. The nylon stud split causing the lifting arm to come lose. Does anyone have an idea how to order this part. The rover workshop manual has a lot to be desired. Thanks for your help - Ed |

I just ordered some from www.roverconnection.com they are brand new and should last for years without any issues. I think they were around $85, not cheap, but if it keeps me from having to go back and fix them again in 6 months, it was worth it. Mike '95 Disco |

Mike, Thanks for the input. It just madding that you have to buy a new $85 regulator assembly when all it needs is a $0.05 nylon part. Thanks Again - Ed |

I have a '95 Disco and have had ALL four nylon washers go on me. I repaired the last one by getting some Nylon washers from 'Lowes' hardware and slipping them over the metal 'knob' on the arm. I held it in place with a circlip washer. Seems to have worked just fine. |
