got a 97 rr 4.0 and the air susp. is at bottom on bump stops and it will not go up,no matter what I do. The switch on the console and the indicator on the dash are flashing in the up mode and I can hear the compressor running but seems to only run for a short time but still nothing goes up, any help will be appreciated!!! |

Get out your check book. I've heard that it's a very expensive repair. Often people choose to fix this by installing standard spings. |

The 4.0/4.6s are hideously different to the Classic air sprung models with more computers than most of us even own in a lifetime. If you can get the truck on a lift, and spray everything with soapy water you should be able to located the leak. Cheaper than plugging it in at the dealer. |
