anyone have info on replacing head gaskets, such as torque specifications, should heads be milled down when replacing with composite gasket, or any other info that might be helpful.

Check the heads with a strait edge, if needed skim. do a valve job at the least (clean and lap valves).

Metal gasket is 65-70 on the inner two rows and 45 on the outer (some say even less)

Composite is 15 and then two 90 degree turns
