I am looking to add (4) Hella 4000's to my roof rack. I all ready have (2) 5000's on the front bumper. Someone mentioned to me that I might damage my alternator and/or battery and suggested that I get a 2nd battery. True? Recommendations?

What kind of battery do you have.stock,optima?
The question is how much A/h and how much Watt do you want to install for the roofracklights.
I got in front 1000 ralley FF Xenon and on the roofrack 4 FF Micro lights all with 55W.,cause of the cable.With one red optima its o.K.But got a second batterie for GPS,coolingbox and some other goodies.
