I never had a remote.... it's just when I lock my doors manually the lights flash and the alrm is set. no more flashing lights or alarm? is there a main fuse? or something that controls this? I looked through the fuse boxes and didn't see anything.. so I am here asking the experts.. 96 SD Thanks Joe |

there is a micro switch on your key tumbler that activates the alarm when the key is turned this acts the same as the remote.you micro switch may have gone bad.you can always add a remote at any time they just program it to the truck. |
