There is one born every minute! Over tightend auto tranny drain plug on '97 D1, you guessed it, it broke off. How do I get the broken piece out? Thanks for any help. Andy

use an easy-out tool. Mine did the same thing. It looks like a drill bit, but the thread is reversed so that it digs in when you turn it counter-clockwise. Be very careful, otherwise it may fall inside, like mine - then i had to drop the trany pan, and drop the crossmember to get at it. You can find the tool at Sears or any other home improvement/autostore.
